Refunds/Exchanges

Please read through all of our policies on returns and exchanges as well as the details of the listing you are purchasing. We cannot make accommodations for customers that do not read this important information.
We are not responsible for:
-Wrong addresses listed at time of purchasing.
-Wrong information typed in the custom text box (please double check what you type in the custom text box, we will print the items exactly as they are typed to us)
-If your item is returned back to us due to the customer leaving an incorrect address, no refund will be given and customer must pay shipping to ship the item again.
-Items lost in the mail due to postal issues, we cannot control what happens when we drop your items with the post office but are happy to try our best and locate the item.
-Delays in shipment ( if your item is delayed within the USPS network, we have no control over this unfortunately)
-Stolen items- If the tracking number on your order shows that it is delivered by USPS, we can only assume that you have received the item, we are not responsible for stolen items once they are delivered to you.

Refund and exchange policy exception: if any product is received broken or not as expected we must know the day upon receiving per tracking information. If we are not notified upon the day item is received we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. Please send a photo of your item with the message and an explanation of what is wrong with your order. We will then determine if it qualifies for a refund or exchange.

**All items are non refundable and not able to be cancelled. due to the custom nature of all items that we sell. Once you purchase from our website you are agreeing to our policies and shipping times**

Unfortunately we cannot do any refunds on or exchanges on custom orders. This also applies to orders that you completely customized.
Please make sure you place the correct name/ monogram in the note to seller box at checkout. Once your order is made it cannot be changed thus us having to make you a new one. Please double check that the name/monogram you leave is correct.

Lastly, we absolutely love making custom items for our customers but must have these policies in place for a business to run smoothly. Please read through these policies and message us with any questions.

💕As these are handmade items that will have a certain charm to them as store bought items do not. My seams might not always be perfect and the pillows might be extra fluffy but I believe that adds more to the charm than anything :)
