This is a DECAL for a pumpkin or any other halloweeny item you may want to decorate, made with premium outdoor vinyl that is guaranteed to stay to the surface for 7+ years. This does NOT include the frame. You may order the decal with whatever you would like in the center of the two leaf borders.
